Andrew Dutkanych III
Mr. Dutkanych is a founding partner in the law firm of Biesecker & Dutkanych, LLC. The majority of Mr. Dutkanych's practice is devoted to litigating employment matters on behalf of employees in state and federal courts. In addition, Mr. Dutkanych represents individuals in arbitration, mediation, and administrative matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and other state and local agencies charged with the enforcement of civil rights and employment laws.
