Prior to founding Biesecker & Dutkanych, Mr. Biesecker served as an Investigator with the Evansville Human Relations Commission. Prior to joining the EHRC, Mr. Biesecker spent five years with the Indiana Civil Rights Commission as an Investigator and Intake Supervisor. At both stops, Mr. Biesecker investigated and enforced laws protecting individuals from discrimination in the workplace.

Biesecker has also taught law and politics courses at the University of Evansville , including courses in Public Management and Constitutional Law.
