Kyle F. Biesecker
Attorney Biesecker had devoted his career to fighting discrimination and
enforcing civil rights laws. Prior to founding our firm he worked for
the Indiana Civil Rights Commission and the Evansville Human Relations
Commission. Mr. Biesecker has taught courses in Public Administration
and Management, American Government, and Constitutional Law at the University
of Evansville. He received his Juris Doctor from Indiana University School
of Law – Indianapolis and is a member of the Indiana State, Tennessee,
and Evansville Bar Associations.
Andrew Dutkanych III
Attorney Dutkanych is a skilled trial lawyer, extensively experienced in
litigating employment law matters in state and federal courts. In addition,
Mr. Dutkanych represents individuals in arbitrations, mediations, and
administrative matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission
and other state employment law agencies. He received his Juris Doctor
from Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis and is a member
of the Indiana State, Kentucky, and Evansville Bar Associations.
B. Michael Macer
Attorney Macer practices primarily in civil litigation, including personal
injury, divorce/family law, and business litigation. Prior to joining
BDM, Mr. Macer was a partner in the law firm of Lockyear Kornblum &
Macer, LLP in Evansville, Indiana. He received his Juris Doctor from Indiana
University School of Law – Indianapolis and is a member of the Indiana
State Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Indiana
Trial Lawyers' Association, and former member of the board of directors
for the Evansville Bar Association.
Attorney Berger represents individuals before local, state, and federal
courts and agencies in all matters regarding employment and labor issues.
She received her Juris Doctor with magna cum laude honors from the Indiana
University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. She is an active member of
the Indiana State, Indianapolis, and Evansville Bar Associations.
Benjamin R. Aylsworth
Attorney Aylsworth represents individuals in any and all matters regarding
employment and labor issues as well as other civil litigation issues such
as divorce and family law, real estate, and business litigation. Prior
to joining our firm, Mr. Aylsworth maintained a solo practice law firm
in Boonville, Indiana, focusing on family and juvenile law and real estate
issues. He also has past experience working for Indiana Legal Services,
representing and fighting for the rights of disadvantaged individuals
who could not afford to hire an attorney on their own. He received his
Juris Doctor from Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis
and is a member of the Indiana State, Warrick County, and Evansville Bar
Mauricus Lofton is an employment law attorney working out of our Louisville
office. He graduated Cum Laude from the University of Louisville with
a B.A. in Political Science and a B.A. in Psychology. He subsequently
received a Juris Doctorate from the University of Kentucky College of
Law where he was a member of the Thurgood Marshall Mock Trial Team. Prior
to working for our firm, he practiced as an Assistant Commonwealth’s
Attorney in Louisville. He also previously served as a Magistrate in Nothern
Virginia and as a Staff Attorney in Fayette Circuit Court in Lexington, Kentucky.
Attorney Sullivan is a labor and employment law attorney who works out
of our Indianapolis office. Mr. Sullivan proudly represents individuals
before local, state, and federal courts and agencies for any employment
and labor issues. Attorney Sullivan received his Juris Doctor from Valparaiso
University Law School, where he graduated cum laude and was a member of
the Honors Program. While in law school, Mr. Sullivan served as the Executive
Associate Editor of Student Writing for the Valparaiso University Law
Review, where he also published his Note. Before joining Biesecker Dutkanych
& Macer, LLC, Attorney Sullivan practiced civil litigation and collections
for another Indianapolis law firm. He is a member of the Indiana State
Bar Association, Indianapolis Bar Association, and Indiana Trial Lawyers
Ms. Robben attended the University of Kentucky, where she received a Bachelor
of Arts degree in International Economics and Foreign Language in 2002.
In 2007, Ms. Robben graduated magna cum laude with a Juris Doctor from
the David A. Clarke School of Law at the University of the District of
Columbia. After graduation, Ms. Robben returned to the David A. Clarke
School of Law as a clinical instructor, supervising student attorneys
in the representation of low-income residents of the District of Columbia,
and specializing in civil litigation in the areas of landlord-tenant law
and consumer protection. Prior to joining Biesecker Dutkanych & Macer,
Ms. Robben was a staff attorney for the Kentucky Commission on Human Rights
for six years, where she litigated claims in administrative hearings and
in state court on behalf of individuals facing discrimination in employment,
housing, and public accommodations. Ms. Robben is a member of the District
of Columbia Bar Association and the Kentucky Bar Association. Ms. Robben
is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts of Kentucky.
