Taylor Ferguson is an excellent attorney. My employer was engaging in retaliation against me and creating a hostile work environment. Taylor’s guidance helped me to reiterate their obligation to offer me FMLA. In addition, he encouraged me to take the necessary steps to further protect myself as a “whistleblower” because my company is out of compliance with Federal laws.
