Had a consult with Andrew Dutkanych. He's a careful listener and very empathetic, and clearly knowledgeable about employment law. It's unfortunate that my case was a bit more hybrid and not squarely in his territory, but he did share another resource for me to reach out to if I wanted to continue pursuing the matter. I do think the law firm could do a bit better with sharing some of the information discussed with the paralegal with the attorneys before charging prospective clients for a consult. It's good to be able to have a full hour conversation with a practicing attorney and to discuss your situation, but attorney fees are generally steep, so it's even more saddening when you're out the legal consult fees and still seeking representation. Just a thing I hope they work on in the future, would prevent their attorneys from spending time that could be better spent elsewhere, and help the prospective clients to not be out too much money in what is already a trying situation for them.
