This was my first experience with a law firm, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I have nothing but good things to say about Biesecker Dutkanych & Macer. I had a couple of initial conversations with Karen and Alondra — they were patient, attentive, and proactive in getting me assigned quickly to an attorney. My initial consultation with Taylor was great. I’ve had many initial consultations in the past that felt rushed, scripted, and disingenuous, and they left me feeling disappointed and unsure of how to move forward. My experience with Taylor was different. He patiently listened, asked the right questions, and most importantly, was honest and transparent about my case and all the possible outcomes. I appreciate this firm for making me feel dignified and respected in every interaction I’ve had with them. I highly recommend you give them a chance to represent you!

Had a consult with Andrew Dutkanych. He's a careful listener and very empathetic, and clearly knowledgeable about employment law. It's unfortunate that my case was a bit more hybrid and not squarely in his territory, but he did share another resource for me to reach out to if I wanted to continue pursuing the matter. I do think the law firm could do a bit better with sharing some of the information discussed with the paralegal with the attorneys before charging prospective clients for a consult. It's good to be able to have a full hour conversation with a practicing attorney and to discuss your situation, but attorney fees are generally steep, so it's even more saddening when you're out the legal consult fees and still seeking representation. Just a thing I hope they work on in the future, would prevent their attorneys from spending time that could be better spent elsewhere, and help the prospective clients to not be out too much money in what is already a trying situation for them.
