Elizabeth Gatten
About
Attorney Elizabeth E. Gatten is a labor and employment law attorney who works out of our Louisville office. She proudly represents individuals before local, state, and federal courts for any employment and labor issues. Elizabeth grew up in western Kentucky, and received her undergraduate degree from Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky. She attended the University of Cincinnati College of Law as a Taft Scholar, the school’s top merit scholarship. As a law student, Elizabeth served as U.C. Law Women’s Philanthropy Chair and contributed to U.C. Law’s Social Justice Blog. During her second year of law school, Elizabeth was awarded an Equal Justice Works Rural Summer Legal Corps Fellowship with the Legal Aid Society of Greater Cincinnati. She graduated cum laude.
Before joining Biesecker, Dutkanych, and Macer, LLC, Elizabeth practiced family and landlord/tenant law for the Legal Aid Society of Southwest Ohio. Elizabeth is licensed in Ohio, Kentucky, and Tennessee.
