Rachel Ringer

Rachel Ringer is an attorney licensed to practice in Tennessee and Ohio, in both state and federal courts. She represents employees in workplace discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour disputes, with a particular focus on advocating for people who are often overlooked or taken advantage of in the workplace. With an additional background in juvenile law and civil litigation, she has a passion for advocating for the most vulnerable members of the community.

Rachel earned her Juris Doctor from Belmont University College of Law in Nashville, where she was involved in the Health Law Journal, the American Constitutional Society, and the Tennessee Bar Association's Diversity Leadership Institute. Before law school, she spent years working her way through school in caretaking, retail, event management, food service, and nonprofit roles. Rachel also spent over a decade in the music and performing arts industries. From her well-rounded past, she gained experience that shapes how she talks with and advocates for clients today.

When she's not practicing law, Rachel enjoys playing piano, learning Italian, and spending time with her children.

Rachel is a member of the Tennessee Employment Lawyers Association (TENNELA), the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA), and the Tennessee Bar Association.
