Attorney Brenly L. Pereira practices employment and labor law out of our Indianapolis office. Brenly attended UC Law San Francisco (formerly called UC Hastings) as a Chancellor’s Sholar, the school’s highest merit scholarship. While attending UC Law San Francisco, Brenly was awarded the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award. She graduated magna cum laude. Brenly practiced law at a private criminal defense firm in San Francisco, California prior to her work at Biesecker Dutkanych & Macer, LLC. Brenly is passionate about helping those traditionally marginalized in our communities.
After relocating her family and setting down roots in Indiana, Brenly gained Indiana licensure and now proudly represents individuals before local, state, and federal courts.
