Madalyn R. Johnson is a labor and employment law attorney licensed to practice in Tennessee. She has a passion for protecting workers' rights and bringing meaningful justice to those who deserve to be heard. She helps clients navigate difficult situations with compassion and determination.
Madalyn earned her Juris Doctor from Belmont University College of Law in Nashville, TN. Her internships with the Tennessee Department of Childrens' Services, a private plaintiffs' employment and civil rights firm, and the U.S. Department of Labor allowed her to gain a well-rounded understanding of how legal systems and workplace policies affect people's lives.
Before joining Biesecker, Dutkanych, and Macer, LLC, Madalyn practiced workers' compensation law with a private defense firm.
