About
Attorney Sarah E. Guffey is a labor and employment law attorney who works out of our Indianapolis office. Sarah represents individuals before local, state, and federal courts for any employment and labor issues. Sarah earned her Juris Doctor degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. While in law school, she has worked at numerous legal nonprofits including Indiana Legal Services and the Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic to provide pro bono legal services for the greater Indianapolis area. Before joining Biesecker Dutkanych & Macer, LLC, Sarah practiced civil and small business litigation for another Indianapolis law firm. She is an active member of the Indiana State Bar Association, Indianapolis Bar Association, the National Lawyers Guild, and the Marion County Bar Association. Sarah has a passion for serving the local Indiana and Indianapolis Community, and she is on the board for both Options Charter School and the Kids’ Voice Young Professionals Board.
